  1. The University reserves the right to make changes to the Schedule as needed in order to best meet all students' needs in a timely manner. If changes are made, affected students will be given as much notice as possible.
  2. Please ensure that all arrangements (e.g. travel bookings) to attend the conferring ceremony are flexible. The University is unable to provide reimbursement for any costs associated with attending the ceremony in the event that you are not able to attend the ceremony accepted through your invitation.
  3. Master degree by research students will receive an invitation by email   for the next available round of conferring ceremonies after they have successfully completed their degree and received their completion letter.
  4. Doctoral degree (PhD) students may be included in any of the ceremonies listed, subject to space being available for them. After students complete their doctoral degree, they will receive a completion letter and a form that outlines which of the ceremonies within their Faculty still have places available, and how they register their interest to attend those ceremonies. Other Doctorate students (DMedSc, DEd, DSc, etc) will need to graduate with their Faculty. Once they have received their completion letter and form, they should only nominate ceremonies where their Faculty is present for their graduation.
